		<description><![CDATA[The Architectural firm of Caolo and Bienek Associates have completed their peer review of the Needs Assessment and Feasibility Study which was completed by Kaestle Boos Associates. Their report was favorable as to the findings of Kaestle Boos. This clears the way for a contract to be negotiated with the architect for a final design.
