The construction management firm PinnacleOne was chosen by the Building Committee to be the  Owners Project Manager .  The role of the Owners Project Manager is to work on behalf of the Town to ensure that  that the project proceeds on schedule as well as overseeing the quality of the construction. They will also act as the Town’s representative when dealing with the architect and the Construction Manager.
